
Booking Conditions
- Check in is after 2pm and check out is 11am
- We do not cater for children, an adult retreat only
- No pets are allowed
- Renaissance Farm is a smoke free venue inside
- Please advise of any food allergies or dislikes upon booking
- Credit card details are required to secure a booking
- A cancellation or 'no show' fee of $50 per room per night will be charged if less than 14 days notice is given of cancellation.
- Failure to advise of cancellation will forfeit the full quoted price.
- Deposit of 50% is required for public holidays and event weekends (non-refundable on cancellation).
- All tariffs confirmed on booking; otherwise subject to change .
- Public holidays and long weekends require a two night minimum booking.
- All damages or breakages must be reported & paid for prior to departure.
- Cash, Mastercard and Visa are accepted in payment.
